I started to step into the business of real estate since year 2007 until today.
My humble beginning was starting from residential properties like low cost flat and medium cost apartment. The profit margin is pretty low at the beginning, but if you getting volumes, it could be profitable.
Now, I started to dream big and going aggressively to venture out myself to higher end of residential and commercial properties in this competitive market.
I challenged myself to set a higher goal everytime I fulfilled my previous target. And, I keep myself to have positive thinking and attitudes.
